Truly fantastic facility and teachers. I took the course at this facility about a year and a half ago, and I'll be back soon (as soon as I find the time). A journey with so many wonderful memories has come to an end. It's a place full of young people bursting with energy and knowledge, who pass it on to their students every day. An academy worthy of its name, and I believe it's currently one of the few in Italy to offer comprehensive training at this level. Renato is an award-winning mixologist, bar consultant, and the 2023 U.S. World Class Bartender of the Year.
